RETURN POLICY
Farm Supply Company wants you to love what you purchase, but if not, we will gladly return or exchange in accordance with our policy as stated below. We are committed to supplying quality products and services that meet or exceed expectations.
30 DAY RETURN POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with any item you purchased from Farm Supply Company, return it to us with proof of purchase within 30 days of the purchase date for exchange of merchandise or refund of the original purchase price. California State Law prohibits the return of vaccines and antibiotics.
PROOF OF PURCHASE
The cash register receipt serves as a proof of purchase for the item you would like to return. If you have a customer account and used your account during the purchase, we can help you find your proof of purchase if you no longer have the original receipt.
EXTENDED RETURN POLICY
Returns without proof of purchase require Manager approval. Approved returns without proof of purchase will be returned at the current item price and any refund will be issued in the form of a Farm Supply Company Gift Card.
Returns with proof of purchase but after 30 days from purchase date require Manager approval. Approved returns with proof of purchase but after 30 days from purchase date will be refunded as described in the Refunds section.
REFUNDS
Refunds are made by crediting the original method of payment if proof of purchase is provided. If original method of payment was debit, cash or check and refund is greater than $100.00, a check will be mailed. In some cases, a Farm Supply Company Gift Card or Check will be issued. Restocking fees may apply to special ordered items and will be deducted from the amount of the refund.
CHECK POLICY
Any individual or business who passes a check that is not honored by their bank shall be liable for the amount of the check. A returned check fee may apply. If you fail to pay these amounts in full, you shall then be liable instead for the amount of the check and damages equal to treble that amount, which shall be not less than $100 nor more than $1,500.
PRICES
Prices are effective on the date of purchase and may vary based on the volume purchased. Price estimates are available and will have a specified expiration date and if no date is specified the estimate price will expire at the close of business of date issued. Prices are subject to change without notice.
SALES TAX
Appropriate sales tax will be added to invoices unless you submit to our Credit Department a state approved Resale Certificate prior to purchase. Agriculture products and products used for consumption may qualify for full or partial tax exemption with submission of state approved exemption certificate(s) to our Credit Department prior to purchase.
CHEMICALS
No recommendation has been made by, or provided to, the seller concerning the use of any chemicals.
MILL TAX
Mill tax assessment on all applicable items has been paid.
WARRANTY
Seller makes no warranties, guarantees, or representations of any kind, either expressed or implied, with regard to the product sold. In no case shall Seller be liable for consequential, special, or indirect damages resulting from the use or handling of this product, all such risks shall be assumed by the Buyer. The only product warranties shall be the manufacturer’s warranty and responsibility and shall be limited to their written warranties. Seller shall be liable for no damages arising from the sale or use of any item sold by it in excess of the purchase price of such item.

Shipping may be available via UPS, Fed-Ex or USPS. Shipping charges may be applied to
your order. Please contact us for more

ORDER CANCELLATION
You
may cancel your order at any time prior to pick up. Non-stock
orders, custom or special orders may require a deposit. Some custom
or special orders may be non-cancellable or incur restocking fees,
depending on source.

Your privacy is important to Farm Supply Company. You may visit our website anonymously. We collect information from you only when you register on the site, place an order, sign up, fill out a form, enter a contest or sweepstakes, respond to a survey or communication such as e-mail, or participate in other site features. When ordering or registering, we may ask you for your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information or other information. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. Credit card information is processed by a third-party processor.
